1.How do I place an online order?

(1)Choose the products （the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc） you would like to purchase,add the item to your cart.
(2)Click the Checkout button.
(3)Confirm your delivery information,make sure your billing address matches the shipping address..Then you can continue to checkout.
(4)You can confirm you payment information and choose your payment method.Enter your redemption code if you have any.
(5)Review the order information before submitting.You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching.
(6)Then you will receive a confirmation email about the order.

2.Is it safe to use my credit card?

3. What are your terms of payment?

We accept the following credit cards directly with our account: Visa, Master card etc. For the first time customers, Please make sure to place your order to your billing address, or we will deny your transaction. We also take orders paid by Western Union.

4.Tracking Methods

It would take 8 business days to arrive at your door,besides,we will process the order within 2 days.
We will ship your order out via EMS or DHL. After your order is dispatched, you will get a tracking number from us. You can monitor your goods through the following website.

If the customs want you to pay tax fee and it is below €50,we will be responsible for half of the tax fee.And our customer is responsible for the left half of the tax fee.

5. What are your shipping rates?

The postage depends on the amount of orders.
We will provide you tracking number via e-mail once your products are shipped. We strongly recommend that you place your order at least 3 weeks before major holidays to allow sufficient time for delivery as possible.

6. Can I exchange or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we tend not to change or cancel your order. The order will be processed automatically as soon as you click "check out". You can contact us with our customer department if you wish to make a change as soon as you want to change. However, due to the above, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed. We send the products after your order with us in a few hours.

7.Return policy

 If you are not satisfied with our product,you must contact us within a week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e.not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached.You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee.

8. My credit card was declined, what now?

There are several reasons for a declined credit card transaction. The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. If this happens, try again with the correct billing address.
Please note we only VISA, MasterCard, JCB. We do not accept gift cards at this time.
A simple typing error may also cause the transaction to be refused, including entering the wrong credit card number, expiration date or incorrect CVN-code (the security number on the back of your card).
If your credit is still not admitted that I have some suggestions:
- Wait one day and try again
- Make sure your card is still not over its limit
- Make sure your credit card has not expired
- Make sure you typed the name correctly on the front of the card
- Try a different credit card

9. How to get wholesale price?

If you buy more than 6 pieces together, we can offer you wholesale price. And you should talk with our customer service. By the way, wholesale only accept Western Union . The wholesale price depends on the quantity of your order.
